Scouts
At 1st Great Wyrley Scout Group, we currently run one Scout Troop of up to 20 Young People between the ages of 10.5 and 14, made up of both male and females.
We offer a varied, fun-filled programme to keep our Young People entertained, and their minds ticking. From night hikes and kayaking to campfires and cooking, we run activities for everyone!
We don't stop at Wednesday nights though - we run camps, and other events over the weekends and holidays sometimes too.
Scouts work towards their badges and top awards each week which could be through games, team-building, and much more - the top award for our Scouts is the Chief Scout Gold Award.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers, and it's for everyone. We go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. We make friends, have fun, play games, and work in teams.
